- Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

- Shipping takes 2-5 business days! Orders placed on the weekends will begin to process on Monday.

- All orders are shipped through USPS. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirming your order and your tracking number. Track using USPS.com.

- If the wrong address is entered, email us ASAP at NikiiSlayys@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the problem. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS TO AVOID ANY PROBLEMS.

- If your package says it has been delivered and you did not receive it LiahJewlz is not responsible, contact your local post office.

✓ALL PRODUCTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. IF YOU ARE SENT THE WRONG PRODUCT BE SURE TO SEND THAT PRODUCT BACK TO THE RETURN LOCATION AND WE WILL SEND YOU THE CORRECT PRODUCT.

- If you want to place a pick up order you will now have to go through our website to do so. At check out click "pick up" option and you"ll see instructions.
